San Diego's climate and soils are
perfect for growing grapes. Small vineyards are
being planted all over the County, from small
residential vineyards, to multi-acre farm vineyards.
William has studied at UC Davis and interned with
several experts in vineyard installation and management.
He has a host of clients, and can handle vineyards, big
and small. If you are interested in having him
provide a free consultation on your site, and what it
would take to plant a vineyard, just give us a call.
He can do it all from design, to installation and
planning, to year round management. Or if you
prefer to handle the planting and management yourself,
he can assist on a consultation basis to provide the
initial planning and layout, proposal of materials
needed, so that you can take it from there!

Family Vineyard, Alpine,

Planning a vineyard takes time,
and one needs to take into account many factors ~
water availability, wind patterns, angle to the
eastern rising and western setting sun, soil quality
and proximity to other plants (i.e. citrus).
William can offer a specific proposal for your exact
site, with measurements, suggestions for row
alignments, initial stake layout, list of proposed
installation products needed, and a "game plan" to
begin the work. Then, he can either do the
work for you, or you can take it from there.
He tailors each proposal to the client's needs.
